What is BedDeals.ie?

Every week BedDeals.ie offers you great Hotel deals for some of the best establishments in Ireland. You'll find massively discounted prices on hotel breaks but we will also feature offers for dining, health & beauty, leisure activities and lots more. Based in Sandyford in Dublin, BedDeals.ie is a registered business name of Net Affinity Limited.

 

How do I Join BedDeals.ie?

1. Click on the register button on the top right of the main homepage
2. Enter a User name – it should not be your email address
3. Enter your Email address
4. You set the Password and confirm
5. Enter anti-spam code
6. You will be directed to you new account
7. Review Today’s deal and Recent deals
8. Start shopping
9. Each week you will receive email alerts to you specified email about the amazing deals on offer.

 

I like the offer, what should I do to get it?

Just click "Buy Now" and complete the transaction with your laser/credit card payment or PayPal account, before the Deal ends. If you're paying with PayPal or by credit card, we'll reserve the Deal for you and a payment will be pre-authorised from your account. The Deal only activates when a minimum number of people agree to buy, so if enough people buy and the Deal activates, we'll charge you. If you're paying by Laser, we will deduct the payment from your card straight away, but you won't get your voucher until after the Deal is activated. If the Deal doesn't go ahead we'll refund you the full amount as soon as the Deal ends. Once the Deal is activated and your payment has been received you will receive a voucher from us which you can redeem from the seller.

 

I receive daily email alerts; does this mean I have a BedDeals Account?

When you subscribe to beddeals alerts you are signing up to receive email notifications about our deals. This does not mean you have created a bed deals account. If you wish to buy one of the deals you will need to create an account. (Username and Password)

 

When will I get my voucher?

When the Deal activates, that is when it reaches its minimum target and once we've processed your payment you will receive the voucher by e-mail. If you haven't received your voucher within two working days please check your spam folder; if there's still no sign of your voucher please e-mail us.

 

What happens if not enough people buy the Deal?

If not enough people buy the Deal, the Deal is unfortunately cancelled. This means that nobody gets the Deal and you're not charged a cent. Spread the word amongst your friends to make sure the Deal is a success!

 

Do I have to sign up a group of people in order to get the Deal?

No, you don't have to sign anyone up. However we do need to get a minimum number of buyers before the Deal activates so if you really want the Deal let your friends know about the great offer you've found!

 

I have lost/deleted my voucher email? How do I get another copy?

When you buy the voucher on beddeals.ie you are prompted to create an account - Consisting of a Username, Email address and Password. If you log in using these details you will be able to view any past transactions and print off your vouchers

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Laser cards.

 

 

Is my payment secure?

Yes your payments are totally secure. We use SSL encryption and do not store your credit card details on our website.

 

 

I've completed the checkout process but I still haven't got my voucher. What do I do?

Our Deals are only available for a limited time (check out the countdown timer on the Deals page to see how long is left) and every Deal requires a minimum number of buyers before it activates. If enough people have bought the Deal that is that it reachs its minimum target, you'll receive your voucher via e-mail. If the time expires and the minimum number of vouchers hasn't been sold, nobody gets the Deal and it's cancelled. 

 

I've received my e-mail voucher, what next?

Print out your voucher and call the seller directly to make your reservation. Make sure to carefully read the redemption instructions, and the terms and conditions of the Deal, which are all printed on the voucher and are listed on the site.

 

How much time do I have to use the voucher?

Each Deal is different, so check the expiry date on your voucher. Some Deals have restrictions, or certain terms and conditions, so make sure to check the terms of the Deal before you buy. In general most vouchers expire between three and six months.

 

What happens if my voucher expires?

If your voucher expires before you redeem it, you will lose it's promotional value, it is at the discretion of the hotel if they allow you to use the voucher after the expiration date.

 

If I don't use the full value of the Voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No, unless otherwise stated on a voucher you need to use the entire voucher in one visit. You will not receive credit or cash back for whatever you don't use!

 

Can I combine my voucher with other special offers?

No, not unless the terms of the Deal specifically state otherwise.

 

What if I want to cancel my purchase?

If you wish to cancel your Deal, this can be done any time before the deal has been tipped. After the deal has been tipped the deal can be cancelled up to 28 days after, if the supplier has breached the Terms & Conditions of the deal. A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the deal value will apply to cover credit card handling and transaction fees. Please contact deals@beddeals.ie.

 

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you're not happy with your purchase please try to resolve the matter with the hotel first. If you're still not happy please contact deals@beddeals.ie and we'll try our best to help.

 

Can I give a voucher to someone as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase a voucher to give as a gift to a friend unless it specifically says otherwise in the Deal's terms and conditions. Please make sure that you read the terms and conditions of the Deal before purchasing.
